Hello! I am a Registered Psychologist with a Masters Degree in Psychology and Jungian Studies. I have over 10 years of counselling experience and a passion for supporting individuals to explore their understanding of the world and themselves. Through my career I have gained a wealth of experience working with individuals who are navigating identity exploration, life transitions, depression, loss of meaning, anxiety, trauma, relationships, addiction and co-dependency, grief/loss and clinical concerns.
I also have a wealth of experience in leadership positions and managing counselling centres.
In my spare time I value creative expression including stained glass, oil painting and getting my hands dirty in the garden.
